Questions and Interrogatives
Question particle
Questions do not alter normal clause structure.
The invariant clause-final particle:
ka
marks a clause as interrogative.
han timb husen.
He builds the house.
han timb husen ka?
Does he build the house?
han ne timb husen ka?
Does he not build the house?
han timb-de husen ka?
Did he build the house?
The written question mark is punctuation. ka is the grammatical question marker.

hvem | who |
vat | what |
