timb-er — builder

`-ing`

timb-ing — building / construction

`-lik`

wulf-lik — wolf-like

X-lik means that something resembles X or possesses qualities characteristic of X.

`-isk`

wulf-isk — pertaining to wolves

X-isk means belonging to, originating from, or categorically associated with X.

This is deliberately distinct from resemblance expressed by -lik.

`-nes`

stark-nes — strength / the state of being strong

`-vis`

stark-vis — strongly / in a strong manner

`un-`

un-stark — not strong / weak

un-timb — dismantle / reverse building

un- is lexical. Ordinary clause negation uses ne.
